Arrival/Departure Form

Please complete and submit this form even if you are arranging your own transportation.

For all schools requesting airport or train station transfers, the CISSMUN XV administrative staff will arrange a pick-up at the airport or train station on the day of your arrival and get you back there on the day of your departure. A member of the CISSMUN XV administrative staff will meet you in the arrival hall. Please complete the following form in order for us to plan your pick-up accordingly.

The bus options include 13-seat, 19-seat, and 33-seat.

Finally, the deadline for requesting busing is November 21st.

*Both Marriott and Ramada are within walking distance to the school, so arranged transportation is not recommended
